These terms govern your use of the FlightGlitz website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact info@flightglitzglobal.com.

1. About our services

Services may include consultations, visa and document support, flight and accommodation booking, property advisory and ongoing client support.

2. Free consultations

Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Any opinions, timelines or recommendations shared during a consultation are provided for guidance and do not constitute a binding quote unless confirmed in writing.

3. Quotes and itineraries

A quote becomes a contract only when both parties sign it or we accept a written confirmation, including the agreed fee, itinerary and travel dates.

4. Pricing and payment

Fees and payment schedules are stated in your quote. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the stated terms. Bookings may pause on overdue accounts, and late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, valid documents, passports and timely approvals so we can deliver your services. Missing documents may extend timelines and are not caused by FlightGlitz.

6. Documents and data

Any documents we prepare remain your responsibility to review, and your personal documents are returned or securely destroyed on request. FlightGlitz retains rights to its own templates, processes and know-how, and may reuse non-confidential, generalised techniques.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your personal and financial information as confidential and disclose it only where needed to deliver the services (for example to airlines, visa authorities or property partners) or as required by law. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

8. Warranties and liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in relation to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or opportunity.

9. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice, with fair compensation for services already provided. This section does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
